What can I say? Chef Suzy is fabulous! No need to look elsewhere! She catered a bachelorette brunch for us and everything was perfection from start to finish. From the initial call, to plating, and of course the food, we couldn't have asked for a better chef/rockstar. Highly recommend! I think it's important to support small businesses, but equally if not more important to support good people. Chef Suzy is good people

Chef Suzy is a pro - in every sense of the word. Her food is delicious and creative; her presentation is truly a work of art. She catered a small dinner party of 6 for us and it was the best dinner I have ever had!!! And she has catered larger parties. There isn't anything she cannot or won't do. I highly recommend her for all occasions!!!

Chef Suzy catered a drop-off meal for our NYE dinner and it was wonderful! We spoke a few weeks before and she walked me through her menu options and we came up with a menu that was best for our group. She delivered the food fresh and on time and we had a lot of leftovers. Highly recommend her professional service.

I am so pleased to share with you my experience with Chef Suzy. Not only is she a nice and considerate person, she has a passion for the culinary arts. She catered a brunch at my home for 100 people and it was absolutely amazing from the planning, to the food, to the cleanup. She and her team were superior to any caterers I have worked with in the past. Suzy prepared some of her signature dishes, along with my special requests. She never said no to anything I asked for or to variations I requested on her menu. On the day of the planned backyard affair, we had one of those extremely windy days and Suzy was immediately flexible and adaptive to bringing the brunch inside. Suzy and her team worked seamlessly and quietly, preparing and serving. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the food at the brunch. I know I will definitely call Suzy Gourmet again. I have found a jewel in the desert.

I just used Suzy Gourmet for a gathering of 21 people at my home to handle a heavy appetizer dinner party. From our first meeting to discuss the type of event i was having, to her suggestions for the appetizers, to her ongoing follow up leading up to the event, to the day of the event, everything was flawless! Suzy is a true professional besides a phenomenal cook. Her staff was wonderful in serving all the guests and explaining each dish. My guest were all very impressed and could not stop talking about how wonderful the food was. Some of my guests enjoyed talking with Suzy about the dishes and she was very happy to do so, she truly loves her job and it shows. She exceeded my expectation even though I had read many other great reviews. Suzy is now my caterer of choice!

Chef Suzy provided food for our open house with over 40 guests. The food was sumptuous, and the presentation was stunning. We enjoyed eight different hors d'oeuvres, four on a central table and four passed by Suzy's staff. Each hors d'oeuvre focused on unique flavors and yet they all came together seamlessly to provide a gastronomic delight. Our guests praised the food over and over!
The four staff, including Chef Suzy herself, were professional yet friendly, clearly dedicated to providing our guests the best party ever. They arrived well before the party was to start, and cleaned the kitchen so thoroughly that after they left, we had nothing to do but enjoy our evening. Many of our guests asked for Chef Suzy's card. We happily recommend her for your special events!

Suzy Gourmet catered our wedding November 7,2015 and it was because of her food, service, expertise and very professional staff it was an enormous success! Her displays were outstanding, in keeping with our theme and exceeded our expectations.
Her staff were efficient and friendly.
They glided through the festivities without knowing they were there and there was never an empty glass nor a dirty dish or cup left anywhere.
But beyond all that, Chef Giraldo's Le Cordon Bleu training was present everywhere. I have never had a finer experience anywhere.
Her menu was catered to just what we wanted, her execution perfection and the finished production a work of art.
I'm a chef myself and I was overwhelmed by the whole experience.

Not a finer Chef in the valley! Not a finer caterer anywhere.

Our family had the great privilege of having Chef Suzy cater a private dinner party in our home while visiting LaQuinta's PGA West. We were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary with our children and 3 wee grandchildren ages 5 1/2, 2 1/2 and 15 months: our goal was for a fun, relaxed and festive evening with a menu to satisfy the food the connoisseur's among us and the palates of our wee grandchildren. Chef Suzy did not disappoint!! Our menu consisted of Chilled Mango Gazpacho Soup, Chateaubriand, Glazed Carrots, Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli, Chef's fresh baked Artisan Breads, tray passed Puff Pastry and Mini Tart Appetizers. For dessert we were served French Apple Tarte Tartin with Chantilly Creme and a platter of Candied French Chocolate dipped Orange peel and Fresh Strawberries. If this were not enough, Chef Suzy blessed us with an extra Apple Tarte Tartins for our breakfast the next morning and a loaf of Lemon Poppy-seed Bread.

Chef Suzy, also, supplied a complete table decor of tablecloth, napkins, candles, plates and a beautifully hand pressed keepsake menu, which was lovingly tied with ribbon. She and her assistant worked quietly and efficiently preparing some dishes on site, which allowed for the "foodies" amongst us to be somewhat interactive by observing and conversing which everyone appreciated adding to the gaiety of the evening, they also, graciously served our Champagne and Wines, which we supplied. The evening was everything we dreamed and hoped it would be for ourselves, our children and our wee grandchildren. Chef Suzy delivered on her word of providing us a delicious and delightful memory

Chef Suzy catered my 140-person wedding in April in Palm Desert and she was wonderful! It was a tricky event (I live on the east coast, so we never met in person/I never got to try her food, and the wedding was at a VRBO rental so she didn't get to see the place until the day before and I had only been there once), but she really put together a great dinner. I talked to several caterers on the phone and chose her because right from our first phone call she understood what I was looking for and just seemed so excited to make it special. My wedding was pretty casual--we had a few passed items and a few buffet items, and my guests enjoyed them all. She was very thoughtful in her arrangement so there was never too much crowding and my guests were never hungry. Her team of bartenders/servers/cleaners were all very professional and friendly. They even were nice enough to clean up in the dark because once our dance floor opened we wanted the lights off! I highly recommend Chef Suzy!
