Can we cut down on staff to save money?
Suzy knows how many staff is needed to make your event an amazing success. She books the perfect number of staff for your event based on the conversations you have and the vision you have for it. Staffing with fewer staff then what we know makes an event successful makes us both look bad.
Is gratuity for staff included or expected?
The gratuity is not included; it is always appreciated for a job well done. It can be given in cash or added on to your final bill. The average tip per Chef & staff member is $75-$150 + each depending level of service
